My baby is having cough and cold..which medicine is best to treat?

medicines can be given according to symptoms and intensity of infection
so, sorry we can not prescribe it
but yes to treat such infection ,some homemade remedies are safe to try like :
you prepare decoction of warm water ,tulsi leaves , turmeric powder, ajwain seeds etc
