Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also you can give turrmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment

Hi Give turmeric milk twice daily Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give indirect steam inhalation Wash hands often Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
