Hello ma’am That is quite a clear indication that your child is unable to digest the food properly that is due to either indigestion or weak digestive system so in that case I’m just going to advise you to consult your doctor ones for a checkup and medication for the same goes with proper medication the system is going to be back on track within a weeks time
