A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving ka proper burping time after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for betkter digestion.
