my baby is going to be 1year on this June 2nd. since 1week my baby started vomiting in between and yesterday while vomiting sputum was there and today while passing stool also sputum was there. what is the reason?

A. if the baby is vomiting only once or twice and passing stool also once or twice no need to worry presence of mucus is absolutely normal in stool and in the vomit is also
