my baby is getting rashes on face it turns into white patches and also become rough after using candid dusting powder what can I do to make it normal

Don’t Use candid dusting powder on the face without consulting the doctor maybe or using it on the face which is why it is becoming much more rough so it would be better for you instead of applying anything from your own side you please consult your paediatrician because your child is too small as of now so don’t experiment with anything
