Q.
my baby is getting habitual of thumb sucking.. I have tried lot many things but nothing worked. Can someone suggest how to get rid of his habit?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 1 year old now generally baby sucks thumb when baby is bored and wants to sleep or is anxious.so you can keep his hands engaged in some game requiring both hands or give a pacifier to nibble

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum initially you can just try it by taking it out every time and tell a baby in actions no so that he can understand that he is not supposed to do this if still there is not any difference then you can apply something black like your Kajal on it to make a baby scared at the last option is to apply something bitter or Tanngy on the thump
