My Baby is full term baby and she is exclusively breastfed born on 20 dec 2024 and now she is 0f 6.2 kg. my concern is shall I give iron drops??

A. dear mom. his weight is good n normal. regarding iron drops advice it is deside after clinical examination. better to meet your doctor for the same. o k
