my baby is formula fed how to increase breast milk production

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
it's always better to give breastfeeding and avoid formula feed as much possible
