Q.

my baby is five months old...he's having cold and nose is blocked...can we use steam inhalation for him ....how to use it

A. yes you should have a steamer in a room which is producing steam. you have to own it so that steam is generated and the room is filled with steam. you have to sit with the child at a distance in that room away from the steamer. the child takes(inhales) the steam from a distance and this will help in decreasing the nasal blockage as well as cough and cold and this phenomena is known as indirect steam inhalation d

A. Hello dear parent! Give indirect steam inhalation. Keep the steamer a little away from your child’s bed and let the warm vapour spread around. Use Babyhug cold rub to apply on your child’s chest and feet soles. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice
