My baby is five months old but he had small red rashes on cheeks, around neck nd around thighs.Not so much but little what should I do?

Get your baby personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the baby and follow your doctors advice. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy
