My Baby is exclusively breast fed and she has an issue of not passing stool for 3-4 days. this is the second time it happened. She puts pressure and cries a lot. Her doctor said it's normal for babies but she is in pain when trying to pass stool.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. glycerine suppository occasionally but not daily bk aBabies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
