Hi my baby is 3.5 months old and from 2 days she is passing stool of this type can you please tell me what is the issue and she is doing poop 3-4 times

Lose motions could be due to various reasons most common leads because of teeth coming in infection in the stomach if it is a loose motion and your child is passing Number of loose motion like this then it would be good for you to crosscheck with your doctor for medicines to be given
