my baby is eating well but during pass the stool he make more effort to pass it .

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy7 hours agoA. Hello mama Hard stool can be due to less intake of water and fiber rich food. Try to increase the water intake and include fiber rich food in diet like papaya , pear , plums ,prunes , carrots, Dalia cabbage palak etc in diet
