my baby is doing projectile vomiting from many days.once or twice everyday..but her urine output is more than 12-13 times daily... do I need to worry

A. the quantity of vomiting is 5ml to 10ml then do not very much but if it is more than 10 ml then the child might be suffering from gastritis for which medicines will be required
