my baby is doing more stools in one day due to that he is having rashes in potty side I am very scared about that please is there any reason for happening this to him?

A. Apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly clean that area with warm water and add some antiseptic liquid into that and use a cotton instead of using wet wipes and avoid using diapers as of now this is what is going to be very helpful
