My baby is crying continuously and having instant loose motion after feeding. also have 99.9 fever pls advice

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemenft for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with fgoul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
