M mother of 9 month old baby My stomach is upset and I have fever 99 not regular fever also have body ache please advice

A. kindly take on easily digestible food and for fever you can take paracetamol and if the problem is not improving in two or three days meet your doctor and you can continue breastfeeding if you are comfortable
