Q.

my baby is crying a lot as I observed that my breast milk is reduced.. what can I do to get back my milk production

A. hello parent , first and foremost is latchment position is proper or not, consider lactation assistance consultation, mother to drink plenty of oral fluids, in case of inadequate milk secretion, oral medicines like domperidone or Fenugreek may be prescribed

A. hello and good morning dear better if you take massor dal 2 times in a day, I increase intake of water take proper diet and if morning you can take ajwain jeera and sauf warm water everyday its help alot in increasing breast milk.
