What You Can Do:
1. Avoid Using Butt Pee Frequently: Overuse can irritate the anal area and weaken natural bowel reflexes.
2. Help Relieve Constipation:
Offer water or diluted fruit juices (like prune or pear juice) if your baby is over 6 months.
Include fiber-rich foods like pureed fruits (pear, apple) and vegetables.
Massage your baby’s tummy gently and practice leg bicycling.
3. Observe: If the protrusion resolves on its own and your baby shows no pain or distress, monitor closely.
When to See a Doctor:
If the skin-like thing persists, increases in size, or causes pain or bleeding.
Your baby continues to struggle with constipation despite dietary adjustments.
A pediatrician can provide further evaluation and advice.
