My baby is becoming thinner than before and her weight is also not increasing can you please tell me the reason or resolution

A. A balanced diet a proper food diet is very important for a child to consume some kids are very poor eaters that’s why they don’t gain weight but some kids eat well yet if they do not gain weight and that could be due to a nutritional deficiency you have to check with your doctor for that
