My baby is asking for continuous feed and is passing green loose watery stool since 3 days. He is throwing up milk after breast feeding and sometimes dahi kind of. Please suggest what needs to be done

A. mam passing green stool can be due to some iron supplements that you or the baby might be taking. please give Econorm sachet to the baby for loose motions. make the baby burp after every feed. mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
