my baby is around 5 months. she is not having balance while lifting her head up. is it normal?

See you have to know these two things first the child is having a stability partially by completing the time of three months when you give tummy time the lift their head by the age of five it is stable to an extent and after completing the time of six months complete the the total control is going to be there right now the head is little wobbly but stable then there is no problem
