my baby is 3 month 9 days when I put tummy time he is not lifting his head up is there any problem?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he doesn’t lift up his head while feeding him so don’t worry give him calcium and vitamin d3 syrup Ossopan 5 ml twice a day

A. the baby is 3 months after age is baby is not lifting the body parts while doing tummy time there is no need to worry by this age baby will be lifted 45 to 90 degree
