My baby is always touch is penic. Please advise how to remove this bad habit

A. child it is not a bad habit in fact it is quite natural because they are just exploring their body parts you can instead put on some tight and so for your baby and in multiple layers like a underwear and then it should be used apart from this you can tell your baby no it is private don't touch and don't let anyone touch this way your baby will understand
