A. Hello good morning !! Generally babies roll over (turns) around 3-5 months check other milestones of holding neck,social smile,responding to sounds while calling. If you observe delay consult developmental paediatrician . Check if baby gaining weight according to age ,by 5-6 months baby have to double her birth weight,on an average must increase 400-800 gm per month. Give breast feed or formula feed you can also start semi solids once or twice a day after checking suitability ,digestion capability.
