Mom of a 2 yr 11 m old girl2 years ago
Q.

My baby is almost 2 months old. Sometimes she sleeps for almost 5 to 6 hours in the night and doesn't even wake up for feed. Is it okay or should I forcefully wake her up for feed? If so, after how many hours? She is on exclusive breastfeed so some suggest that it should be on demand feeding. Her weight gain is normal. What should be done?

A. good evening during the night hours you can let the child sleep for a longer period of time you don't have to worry about it all I will recommend you to make sure during the day the child is being fed regularly
