my baby is almost 11 months old. she had fever in december for 1 day and went away with crocin. she was fine. after 10 days fever again came back. this time the fever was over 102 and stayed for 3-4 days. doctors advised antibiotics because fever was not going away with crocin. after the antibiotics course she was fine again. now again after 10 days, fever has started coming. it is over 100 degrees. why is it happening? she has not other symptoms yet. she earlier also did not have any other symptom

A. it can be viral infection as well as it can be typhoid so a medical examination along with blood investigation is needed so better to remain in contact with your doctor and take a follow up
