My baby is almost 11 months old and he has no teeth. Should I be worried and what should I do for tooth eruption?

no there's nothing to worry about..as sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth..
you can give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

give her supplements as suggested by doctor
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning and
don't use demineralized water
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
