DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he doesn’t speak at all so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it or he can hear or not

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. definitely by the time the child should be able to speak some basic words of not much if your baby is not talking absolutely anything then I would recommend that you should try to set up an appointment with the speech therapist
