A. Ma’am see very honestly nobody can replace the parents and this is the bonding age where kids actually born with both the parents at the same time specially with the mother because in India still most of the mothers are homemaker so it’s okay but I would just like to tell you when you and your husband are try to spend maximum time with your child and from an early age itself I would suggest you to keep teaching your child that both the parents are working so the time would be less but whatever time you can make you always spend with your child you are always available for the child you are earning better to give a good life to the child because from the beginning itself the child understands that parents are working and what is the situation they adapt to the situation and you should also talk to your in-laws to spend more time with the child because at the end of the day it is their grandchild I’m not saying that they have to take the whole Responsibility but grand child is the apple of eye so u should tell them to do so Write Your Answer Here
