Q.
Hi, I'm 2y 6m old kid mother..we stay with In-laws and they caught cold and cough from outside...we are far from them and maintaining distance but still i got throught pain and cold...I'm getting scared that my baby nd my husband will get..I'm also having doubt are these covid symptoms....I asked my in-laws to take test they are like it's normal viral cough and the are not taking test... please let me know what can I do in this situation....

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remfedy steamj inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
