A. Ask with the doctor for right suggestion, my sister in law was not able to make enough milk , so we have been giving my nephew Aptamil Gold stage 1 from day 1 after getting suggestion from our pediatrician, this formula milk contains HMOs and prebiotics and is close to breast milk, I would highly suggest u to talk to the pediatrician as soon as possible

A. Hi dear, I have faced the same situation. Add cumin seed, green vegetables, fruits, oats, garlic, daliya, green moong dal and shatavari powder it will help. Also you can try Dexolac Formula milk because it has FOS which increases good bacteria in babies guts also it has 36 vital nutrients which are good for babies all over development. IT prevents diarrhea, colic issues, constipation and indigestion too. first consult your doctor then use.

A. There is an option in the hospital also where you can express your breastfeed and give it to the child to talk to your doctor about it and sometimes with a premature delivery the feeding come a little late so currently I’m just going to suggest you to start having Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk that is going to help
