Your doctor will advise as to what brand of formula milk to offer after assessing your baby's growth needs. Try using a breast pump to pump out milk between and after breastfeeding sessions. Breast compressions also help. Massage your breasts before feeding. As your kid has completed 6 months, you can start giving one solid or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Start with rice Ka Pani or dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or any one fruit puree or mashed banana or stewed apple or apple puree or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup. Give sips of water in between meals. All the best.
