My baby is about to complete 4 months, her weight is 4.901kg hai... why is her weight not increasing.. m so worried for her weight... m giving her bm nd fm

A. Dear parent, your baby’s weight is fine. If your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health.
