Q.

my daughter will be 11year old in october.i m worried about her increasing weight which is 47.5 kg and height is 4,'8.Her period has not yet started. Her weight is increasing every month I noticed.is it normal.what should I do to control her weight.

A. hello some physical activity or sports based activity exercise yoga will all help you reduce kids weight and also a well balanced food is important and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and h3 will be abl3 to guide u accordingly which is better and also safe too
