my baby is about to 3 months old. doesn't sleep more than 10 hours in day or night.. sometimes it goes worst . every time i need to feed him and keep on changing diapers.. i won't get rest at all holding baby and feeding him day and night.. what to do

A. then focus feed. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as well
