my baby is 9months old his first teeth is shown little bit he is suffering from fever 101- 102 is it normal what to do

A. usually babies put everything inside mouth which can result in a stomach infection and fever otherwise it can be viral fever also so give Paracetamol drops and if it is accompanied with other symptoms you need to consult with your doctor for assessment
