Q.
my baby is 9 months old now.but still she isn't crawling .Trying to crawl and hold some things and try to stand.Pls suggest it is normal or slow progress..Also suggest weight gain food for her

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom that’s fine as far as she is making attempt . Babies have their own pace , avoid to force her do instead give her opportunities that she tried on her own , encourage her .
Also massages and morning sunlight exposure would be helpful .
For diet now they can be give a mix of semi solids and soft consistency foods. Gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals for them .
