A. it is important to give anti allergic medicines like cetirizine to the child which will help in decreasing the swelling and also for pain you can give paracetamol and apply ice to decrease tzhe itching sensation and then meet your doctor

A. Keep an ice cube onto that area or cold pack onto that area to reduce down the swelling because due to mosquito bites also little bit of swelling can be there but that’s for a while maybe a day or so that’s not proper swelling swelling further if required please consult your doctor as well
