my baby is 9 months old..he is not learning clapping and pointing skills...does it mean he is mentally slower...

No it does not mean that the child is mentally slower Saket can’t take a little longer time to pick up it is not necessary that every child is going to same thing at the same time so it’s not a problem keep continuing with your tries and over the period the child is going to learn
