A. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr'sx recommendations. give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydrationx and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk

A. It can probably be an infection into the stomach of your child which is why blood is there into the loose tools that you are mentioning further I would recommend to check with your paediatric will help you with right course of antibiotics that you can follow for your child
