Ma’am if you haven’t got the hair shaved off then it is because of cradle cap and if you’ve gotten the head shaped off already still the white flakes like this are coming then probably your child is having dandruff so currently I would recommend you to Spoo shampoo and get the head shaved off if you haven’t till now which would really be very good
