my baby is 9 months 20 days,facing a lot of issue while excretion, she is putting lot of pressure, but unable to poo easily. even she is getting tears from her eyes while excretion. request you to please suggest something

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child around 20 munakka soaked in water overnight everyday in the morning on an empty stomach to make sure that there is no problem
