my baby is 8months and taking breastfeed with solid food but now I m suffering from pain in my hands, shoulders,elbow and sometimes feeling numbness in my fingers.what should I do?

A. hey dear even i have been through the same recently ( mother of 8 month old baby ) its common in brreastfeeding moms to feel weakness even i had consulted my doctor n had been on my multi vitamin supplements . don't take stress consult doctor for supplements n take them as long as u feel .

Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
