Q.

my baby is 8month old.... she poop evrytime when she eat something... is it necessary to eat as per her diet or we stop her diet for few days????

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 mccl twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
