Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation.
Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine.
it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child.
You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include them in daily diet. Give liquids like coconut water or fresh fruit juices. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
