my baby is 8days old and breast milk is not forming fastly . what can i do

To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, cumin, carom seeds, brown rice, fennel seeds, avocado, dry fruits, cereals, legumes, eggs, milk, garlic and ginger in your diet. Keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. If it does help a lot, start feeding any good formula milk as it is important to feed fully to the baby for healthy growth and development.
