my baby is 8 months old chocolate eating in this period

A. Hello mom suggest to introduce such foods to the baby so early in life. Firstly as known it is quite unhealthy and contains high quantity of sugar and it is not safe for the baby.

A. IAP does not recommend that children under the age of 2 have foods containing caffeine or added sugar—both of which are found in chocolate. 4 So while food allergies are not a reason to delay giving your young child chocolate, the added sugar and caffeine are.
