my baby is 8 months old but he refuses to eat , and there has been no weight gain since last month , and even the sleep pattern also changed.what should I do for his weight gain and eating issue, when ever I feed him , he holds in his mouth.

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some multrivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth
